We completely value your trust, and that's why we make sure from the moment your items leave your hands, they are fully insured and monitored 24 hours daily throughout the whole process.

So what happens to your items?

FedEx will come and collect your items and directly ship and drop them off safely without any other stops in between, into our locked processing room at our valuation center, where they are handled under CCTV cameras, logged into our propriety inventory tracking system, barcoded with a unique ID code and then photographed, making your items easy to track and monitored at all times.

Your items are then taken directly to our highly secured storage facilities, which are 30ft underground, guarded by securities, and strictly require fingerprint scan codes in order to gain access. It is monitored 24 hours daily with over 30 video surveillance cameras. Our video surveillance cameras and security are provided by Mutual Alarms, who is one of the best service providers in monitoring and integrated security.
