Collected Personal Details

PawnQ gathers Personal Details that you send to us willingly through our Website, the use of our Service, and through online and offline communications between you and PawnQ.

When you utilize PawnQ's services to apply for a Loan, you offer your name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, and the address of your permenant residence. If you wish to procure a loan from PawnQ, we ask you to send us supplementary information, such as your date of birth, photo recognition information, an outline of your Loan Property, and a finalized signed Declaration of Possession of said Property. If you wish to use an ACH service to receive payments, we use your account number and routing details that you offer to us using electronic mail or by giving us a voided check.

PawnQ may gather and develop supplementary information about you and your Loan Property during the period of our communications (by phone, e-mail, or post mail) and throughout our assessment of your Loan Property, and may affiliate such information with the personal details you offer.

When you get in touch with us at PawnQ by forwarding us an e-mail, we will retain your e-mail address and any details in the message you send to PawnQ.

Collected Personal Data

While you use the services offered by PawnQ, certain details may also be collected passively, such as your IP address and the Internet browser with which you use to access this Website. PawnQ also keeps a small text based file known as a 'Cookie' on your personal computer to keep your sign-in information - if any - and your individual preferences for the Service. PawnQ will use the e-mail and postal address you give us to contact you and to send you necessary records about your Pawn Loan. We may also contact you via phone using the number you gave us via your Member account. i.e. in the occurrence that you post to us Pawn Loan Property and later decide not to complete the Loan, we will send the Property back to you to the postal address you stated, and may contact you via phone to talk about the incomplete Pawn Loan.

PawnQ may also utilize your Personal Details to offer you promotions via electronic mail, we may also contact you via phone intermittently through third party partners and/or service providers. You can opt out of being sent the aformentioned promotional mail.

PawnQ may assemble records of Anonymous details from Personal Information by excluding specific details - such as your name - which makes the information personally identifiable to you. We may utilize these Anonymous details to analyze usage patterns to improve our Service. PawnQ reserves the right to make use of, and disclose Anonymous Details to third parties, at our discretion.

Personal Details and Discloures

Although PawnQ currently does not have a parent company or any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or any other companies under an 'Affiliates' group; we may in the future. As such we may disclose some or all of your Personal details with our Associates, in which case they will require these Associates to honor this Privacy Policy.

PawnQ may provide your Personal Details to third party service providers which provide services to/for us in connection with the Loan Service. These service providers do not have any right to disclose these Personal Details except to help us provide the Loan Service or as necessary to adhere to the law.

If PawnQ were to ever go through a conversion such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or some of its assets, your Personal Details will likely be among the assets transferred. You accept that said transfers may transpire, and any acquirer of PawnQ or its assets may continue to make use of your Personal Details as written in this Privacy Policy. Therefore you henceforth consent to PawnQ sharing your Personal Details under the circumstances explained above.

Personal Data Options

When you receive promotions via electronic email from PawnQ, you may express a desire to cease receiving said promotions from us and you will get the chance to 'opt-out' by following the instructions included in any of said e-mails. If we contact you via phone for promotional reasons, you can notify us at that time in case you do not desire to receive further promotional phone communications.

You are allowed to change parts of the Personal Details in your Member account by logging in to your Member account and editing it, on the sole condition that it remains correct, complete, and up to date.

You may be contacted for service related purposes - such as; but not limited to, notice that the Service or the Privacy Policy owner has been changed - when we see fit to do so. You cannot opt out of these communications, which are not promotional, however in case you do not require these announcements, you have the choice to cancel your Member status. PawnQ will not have any liability to you for the cancelling of your Member account or related deletion of your details. You might request that PawnQ erase or destroy your Personal Details.

We will erase any Personal Details collected about you, unless there is an ongoing PawnQ Transaction and only to the extent allowed by law. Deleted electronic details from or about you will be erased from our active databases but may stay remain in our archives.

PawnQ has implemented commercially sound and apt physical, electronic, & managerial procedures to guard and secure the Data we collect online. i.e. we will use Secure Socket Layer technical knowledge or comparable technology, as well as 128-bit encryption, to aid in securing sensitive transmissions of Personal Data to our site. Our servers are situated in a secure facility, protected by security guards and biometric scanners 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, amongst other procedural safeguards.
