• We evaluate your items based on its market value, and then we send you an offer.
• Package your items securely into a box labeled with a FedEx label. You can either drop it off at a FedEx site or arrange to get it picked up by FedEx. Alternatively, we can send you a PawnQ pack to ship it in. We cover the costs of shipping, as well as its insurance so you can have a peace of mind.
• When your items are delivered to our team of certified appraisers, they assess your items thoroughly to make sure you get the best and fair price for your valuables. We then email you a final price offer.
• After confirming you are happy with our price offer, we transfer the money directly into your bank account within 24 hours. That's guaranteed! We also store your items in our pawnshop's secure fulfillment center which has 24 hours video surveillance cameras.
• Once you pay off your loan, we ship the items back to you, free of charge and fully insured.
