What can I pawn or sell?

You can pawn or sell Jewelry, Gemstones, Gold, Precious Metals, Deluxe Watches, Cameras, Fine Art, Antiques, Prestige and Classic Cars, Yachts, Boats, and Apple Products to name a few.

How do you value my valuables?

We have a team of certified appraisers who assess your valuables based on its resale value. To find out how our team of certified appraisers value your items click here.

How do I get my items to you?

Package your items securely into a box labeled with a FedEx label. Or, we can send you a PawnQ pack to ship it in. We cover the costs of shipping, as well as its insurance so you can have a peace of mind.

For larger items such as Cars, we will arrange to collect your vehicle by a transporter from your choice of location.

As for Boats and Yachts, they will be assessed on site where it is docked.

Are my items insured?

Yes. Your items are insured with FedEx and the world's leading insurance provider, Lloyd's of London. Your items are fully insured from the very moment they leave your hands until they are returned to you once you fully pay off your loan.

If I loan from PawnQ, will it affect my credit score?

No. We do not report any of your details to credit agencies, nor do we bother you about payments. We also don't check your credit history or financial history.

What is the minimum/maximum amount I can borrow?

We loan from $200 up to $100,000. If you have an item that values more than $100,000, contact us and we will see what we can do.

What payments methods do you accept?

If you are pawning or selling, we can either mail out a check, direct deposit or PayPal you your money. Any monthly interest that you owe are to be mailed to us by check.

Where will my valuables be stored and is it safe?

Your items will be stored in our highly secured storage facilities, which are 30ft underground, with security guards, over 30 surveillance cameras monitoring 24 hours daily, and strictly require fingerprint scan codes in order to gain access.

What do I do after I print my FedEx label?

Once you have printed off your FedEx label, simply drop off your labeled package containing your items at your nearest FedEx site.

What happens to my valuables if I decide not to pay back my loan?

If you decide not to pay back your loan, PawnQ will attempt to resell them. However, we understand how valuable they are to you. That's why, we could always try to work with you to find the best solution for a repayment method.
